We had a wonderful time at the cooking class with Steve Chiappetti. It gave us a great opportunity to learn his philosophy on cooking. He has a knack of getting the full flavors out of the food, at the same time giving it a classic sophisticated taste. We live in the neighborhood and frequent Viand with friends as well as for a casual dinner on our own.
